terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 30-minute Free HR Health Check consultation (“Consultation”) offered by WorkWise Employment (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or participating in the Consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Nature of the Consultation


The Consultation is a general, introductory discussion intended to provide high-level insights into workplace and human resources practices. It does not constitute formal HR advice, legal advice, industrial relations advice, or a comprehensive review of your business.


2. No Professional or Legal Advice


Any information provided during the Consultation is general in nature only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for tailored professional, legal, or industrial relations advice. You should seek independent advice specific to your circumstances before acting on any information discussed.


3. Eligibility


The Consultation is available to:


  • Australian-based businesses only
  • New clients only (unless otherwise agreed)
  • One Consultation per business
     

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.


4. Booking and Attendance


  • Consultations are conducted by phone or video call
  • Appointments are limited to 30 minutes
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session
  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit eligibility for a future free Consultation
     

5. No Obligation


The Consultation is provided free of charge and without obligation. Participation does not create an ongoing client relationship or require you to engage our services.


6. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on information provided during the Consultation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as required under Australian Consumer Law.


7. Confidentiality


Information you share during the Consultation will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee confidentiality where disclosure is required by law.


8. Intellectual Property


All materials, frameworks, and methodologies discussed during the Consultation remain the intellectual property of WorkWise Employment and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.


9. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies.


10. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
